2. Product Descriptions & Condition

Nature of Goods: Most items sold by WoodSave are antique, vintage, or second-hand. As such, they may show signs of wear, age, or previous use.

Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the item’s true appearance.

“As-Is”: Items are sold as described. We strongly encourage customers to visit our Liverpool shop to inspect items in person before purchasing, as unique characteristics of vintage wood are not always visible in photos.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Availability

All items are subject to availability. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, an item may sell in-store before it is removed from the website. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

5. Delivery and Collection

• Local Collection: Customers are welcome to collect items from our Liverpool shop during opening hours.

• Delivery: If delivery is required, costs will be calculated based on the size of the item and the delivery location. Please contact us for a quote before purchasing.

• Risk of Loss: Once an item has been collected by the customer or a third-party courier arranged by the customer, WoodSave is no longer responsible for any damage during transit.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Online Purchases: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the item.

• Return Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item to our Liverpool shop. The item must be returned in the same condition it was sold.

• Exclusions: Bespoke restoration services or items altered at the customer’s request are non-refundable.

• In-Store Purchases: Items bought in person after inspection are generally sold as seen and are not eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period.

8. Limitation of Liability
